Se non sei soddisfatto del tuo acquisto

FEELDUDE desidera garantire la tua completa soddisfazione. Se per qualche ragione non sei pienamente soddisfatto del tuo ordine, puoi rendere uno o più t-shirt e ricevere un rimborso pari al prezzo dei prodotti resi oppure puoi sostituire le t-shirt acquistate con altre in vendita sul sito.

Puoi rendere le t-shirt acquistate spedendole in busta chiusa a mezzo raccomandata ordinaria con ricevuta di ritorno, a MEG srl Via Cenisio, 42 20154 - Milano entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi dalla data di consegna del tuo ordine e anticipando via mail all’indirizzo di posta elettronica info@feeldude.com l’operazione che stai effettuando. Nella mail dovrai indicare:

- se si tratta di un reso o di una sostituzione

- il numero d’ordine

- la data dell’ordine

- gli articoli che intendi rendere o restituire

- gli aricoli con cui intendi sostituire la maglietta o t shirt che hai acquistato.

FEELDUDE si riserva il diritto di rifiutare resi o sostituzioni comunicati o rispediti in ritardo, o per capi che non siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui ti sono stati spediti. FEELDUDE non accetterà resi che non rispondono a tutte le condizioni richieste: in questo caso gli articoli saranno rispediti al tuo indirizzo.

Il reso dovrà poi essere spedito entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla data in cui hai ricevuto l'ordine. La data del timbro postale farà fede. Quando FEELDUDE avrà ricevuto il tuo reso e controllato che tutti i requisiti siano stati rispettati, riceverai una e-mail di conferma per l’accettazione del reso.

Il tempo per il rimborso dipende dalle modalità di pagamento utilizzate:

Acquisto con carta di credito o carta di debito: il tempo necessario per visualizzare il rimborso dipende dall'istituto che ha emesso la carta di credito/debito. Ti informiamo che la data valuta del riaccredito sarà in ogni caso la stessa dell'addebito, quindi non subirai alcuna perdita in termini di interessi bancari.

Acquisto tramite PayPal: il rimborso verrà effettuato sul tuo conto PayPal e sarà immediatamente visibile. Il rimborso effettivo sulla carta di credito dal tuo conto PayPal dipende dall'istituto che ha emesso la carta.

Acquisto con pagamento in contanti alla consegna: il rimborso avviene sul conto corrente da te indicato, quindi il tempo di rimborso dipende dalla correttezza dei dati che inserisci; normalmente il riaccredito avviene entro un mese.

Nel caso in cui si tratti di reso indica nella mail le coordinate bancarie su cui vuoi che venga accreditato il rimborso

FEELDUDE wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reasons you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can receive a refund equal to the price of products returned or you can replace the t-shirts purchased with others for sale on the site.

You can send t-shirts in a sealed envelope by registered postal return receipt requested, to MEG srl Via Cenisio, 42 20154 - Milano, not later than 3 working days from the date of delivery of your order and email to anticipate e-mail address info@feeldude.com the operation you are performing.

In the email you specify:

- If this is a made or a replacement
- The number
- The date the order
- Articles that you want to make or return
- With which the article we want to replace the shirt ot shirt you bought.

FEELDUDE reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements reported or returned late, or leaders who are not in the same condition in which you have been shipped. FEELDUDE not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements: in this case items will be dispatched to your address.

Then the return must be sent within 3 working days from the date you received the order. The postmark will prevail. When FEELDUDE have received your return and check that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirmation for acceptance of return.
The time for repayment depends on the mode of payment used:
Purchase by credit card or debit card: the time necessary to see the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the credit / debt. Please note that the value date of the chargeback will anyway be the same as the, so will suffer no loss in terms of bank interest.
Purchase via PayPal: payment will be returned to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual repayment on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
